ABOUT WORKABOX

Service allows to manage retail shop processes, including work with suppliers, stocks, prices, marketing activities, employees and so on. Also it provides user with all kinds of reports and POS app for tablet.

Main goal for team was to create website with effective and comfortable search in order to make finding and learning information about service more attractive. This task was successfully delivered regarding to well designed website structure with few colour schemes, useful one-page design with a lot of illustrations and videos. This is one of our few 1C-Bitrix based websites with implemented “Learning, testing” component for remote learning.

Resource works in multi domain mode controlled by CMS 1C-Bitrix. In addition next services were rolled-out under this corporate resource:

  • Homepage in “landing-page” format, it contains information about main advantages and possibilities of retail sales accounting service.
  • “Opportunities” section presents available functions of inventories management system.
  • Online training centre in “School” section where users can find reference information about system, pass the tests on chosen specialization and get confirmation certificate.
  • Corporate blog “Kitchen” for cases and matters settlement receipts publishing.
  • Secondary landing pages for marketing campaigns purposes: tariffs, solutions, branches etc.
  • Together with the team of developers of the WORKABOX service, a graphical user interface (UI) for SaaS was developed, layouts were implemented and integration advice was provided.

SaaS Interface

Demonstration of the appearance of the Workabox service interface on the official video for the training of system administrators. The administrator interface is represented by a set of necessary page templates, special content control elements and additional extensions.

Content Management

The project is based on the 1C-Bitrix system. The Bitrix Site Management System is known in the CIS countries and is used for commercial licenses for small and medium-sized projects.

The software product "1C-Bitrix: Site Management" includes modules for creating an online store, managing productivity, content, structure, forms, advertising, and others. The presentation of structured information on the site in the form of lists. Creation in the visual editor and setting up storage of different types of information.
